transformative learning collaborative
Where joy, justice and learning co-exist
What We Do
Welcome! At TLC we help parents and educators reclaim joy and justice in educational spaces so they can work together to transform classrooms and schools that every student deserves. We look forward to leading and learning with you!
our mission
At TLC, we are on a mission to ignite a positive revolution in education, where equity and joy thrive hand in hand. Rooted in the values of social and racial justice, leadership, integrity, and service, our purpose is clear—to empower educators and parents to create educational spaces that honor every student's potential.
Our innovative strategies, tailored for public school districts, charter schools, and community-based organizations, are designed to reclaim the essence of learning and bring back the sense of wonder that education inherently holds.
Through parent advocacy, we amplify the voices of those who know students best—their families. By fostering collaboration between parents and educators, we bridge the gap between home and school, nurturing an environment where every child feels seen, heard, and supported.

We envision a world where every student steps into a classroom filled with promise, possibility, and the unwavering belief that they matter. Join us in our journey to cultivate educational spaces where joy and justice flourish, and where the seeds of knowledge we plant today blossom into a brighter, more equitable tomorrow.
